At present, our laser technology is very mature and stable. The energy fluctuation of welding is at least 3% or less, or even 2% or 1%, and the quality stability of welding is also greatly improved. In addition, laser equipment is intelligently controlled, controlled by computers, etc., which is very conducive to automation.

Through intelligent control, laser welding is indeed more efficient than traditional resistance welding, for example, dozens of welding spots can be welded in one second. The wide application of laser technology will help to improve product quality and production efficiency.


The principle of laser welding:


The material itself is locally heated and melted by a high-energy beam focused on the surface of the part to form a weld.


The main feature of this process is non-contact welding, and there is no stress and deformation caused by external force; because the heating time is only a few milliseconds, the thermal effect on the material is only limited to the laser focus spot, and the welding heat affected zone is very small; usually multi-point At the same time, the welding technology can reduce the influence of welding deformation on the performance of optoelectronic devices as much as possible; the welding process is measured in milliseconds, and has very high production efficiency, making mass production possible.
