1. Principle
The principle of the multifunctional cold welding machine is to use the charging capacitor to discharge in an ultra-short time of 10-3 to 10C1 seconds and 10-6 to 10C5 seconds. The contact part between the electrode material and the workpiece will be heated to 8000°C~10000°C in an instant, and the molten metal in the plasma state will transition to the surface layer of the workpiece in a metallurgical manner.
Compared with extremely short, the machine has enough relative stop time, and the heat will diffuse to the outside world through the workpiece substrate. Therefore, there will be no focus of heat on the processed part of the workpiece. Although the temperature rise of the workpiece stays almost at room temperature, the temperature of the electrode tip can reach about 10000°C due to instantaneous melting.
The laser welding machine uses high-energy laser pulses to locally heat the material in a small area. The energy of the laser radiation diffuses to the inside of the material through heat conduction, and the material is melted to form a specific molten pool to achieve the purpose of welding.
