3. Galvo scanning system

Galvo scanning system is composed of optical scanner and servo control. The whole system is designed and manufactured using new technologies, new materials, new processes and new working principles.

The optical scanner adopts a servo motor with a moving magnetic deflection working mode. It has the advantages of large scanning angle, large peak torque, large load inertia, small electromechanical time constant, fast working speed, stability and reliability. Precision bearing anti-backlash mechanism provides ultra-bottom axial and radial runout error; "electronic torsion bar" replaces traditional elastic material torsion bar, greatly improving service life and long-term reliability; maintaining zero power at any position reduces the working principle The power consumption is reduced, the heating effect of the device is reduced, and the constant temperature device is omitted; the advanced high-stability precision position detection sensing technology provides high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability, and low drift performance.

The optical scanner is divided into an X-direction scanning system and a Y-direction scanning system, and a laser mirror is fixed on each servo motor shaft. Each servo motor is controlled by a digital signal from the computer to control its scanning track.

4. Focusing system

The function of the focusing system is to focus the parallel laser beams to a point. The f-theta lens is mainly used. The focal length of different f-theta lenses is different, and the marking effect and range are also different. The fiber laser marking machine adopts imported high-performance focusing system. The standard configuration of the lens focal length is f=160mm, which can effectively scan Range Φ110mm. Users can choose the type of lens according to their needs.

Optional F-theta lenses are:

f=100mm, effective focusing range Φ65mm.

f=160mm, effective focusing range Φ110mm.

5. Computer control system

The computer control system is the center of the control and command of the entire laser marking machine, and it is also the carrier of software installation. Through the coordinated control of the acousto-optic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system, the workpiece marking processing is completed.

The computer control system of the fiber laser marking machine mainly includes chassis, motherboard, CPU, hard disk, memory stick, D/A card, floppy drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
