200W mold laser welding machine is mainly used for welding and repairing various mould materials: S136,SKD -11,NAK80,8407,718,738,H13,P20,W302,2344 etc. It is widely used in mobile phones, digital products, automobile and motorcycle and other Mould making and mould industries.
200W mold laser welding machine uses the high energy of heat that instantaneously produced by laser to melt the special-purpose welding wire and connect it with the damaged parts of the mould so it can connect with the original material firmly, after that it shows a refaxing by electric spark and grind &cutting and some other processing and so the mould is repaired.
1. Ceramic converging cavity is imported from the Britain. Laser welder is corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant, and has 8 -10 years’ service life. The life of xenon lamp is more than 8 million times.
2. Use the most advanced light shielding system to eliminate the irritation to eyes by light during working.
3. The laser head and optics part can be rotated for 360°, upward/downward lifting and forward/backward pushing, suitable for repairing of large, medium and small moulds.
4. The parameters are controlled by intelligent remote controller, which is simple and convenient.
