Fiber transmission laser welding machine is a kind of laser welding equipment that couples the high energy laser
beam into optical fiber, collimates to parallel light through collimating mirror after long distance transmission, and then focuses on the workpieces and welds. It adopts soft transmission non-contact welding for the parts that are hard to reach and it has much more flexibility. The laser beam can realize time spectroscopy and energy spectroscopy, carry through multi-beam processing at the same time, and provides conditions for more precise welding.
It is used to weld optical communication devices, IT, medical equipments, electronics, battery, fiber coupling
devices, teletron electron gun, metal fittings, vibration motor, watch and auto parts.
1) CCD system is more convenient for observation and precision position.
2) Ceramic converging cavity, imported from the Britain, is corrosion resistant & high temperature resistant and its service life is over 8~10 years. Xenon lamp's service life is more than 8 million times.
3) It is suitable for different kinds of complicated welding, spot welding of different devices and seam welding of sheet within 2mm thickness.
4) We're able to customize special automatic fixture in order to improve the production efficiency.
