    2.1 Product introduction

    2.1.1 Chassis structure description

    2.1.2 Laser scanning head

    The laser marking head is connected to the controller and cannot be disassembled. The laser marking head contains a galvanometer and a field lens. The beam is deflected by the galvanometer and focused by the field lens to the surface of the object to be marked with an appropriate focal length.

    2.1.3 Control box and control system

    The 800 handheld marking machine control system is a highly integrated laser source and industrial computer, including a fiber laser source, a built-in marking control system, a 7-inch LCD touch screen.

    2.1.4 Emergency stop switch

    The 800 handheld laser marking machine uses an emergency stop switch to stop the laser in an emergency.

    When the switch is pressed, the PWM control signal input to the laser will be terminated, and the laser will have no output at this time. When the switch is pulled high, the emergency stop switch is turned off, the PWM signal will be turned on again, and the laser will be turned on.

    When the emergency stop switch is pressed, only the control signal terminal is interrupted, and the software is still running. There may be laser output when restarting before the marking is completed. Therefore, be sure to operate the emergency stop switch according to the following procedures to ensure the safety of users and operators. :

    1. Press the emergency stop switch and the laser is interrupted;

    2. In the operation screen, click Stop Marking to close the marking process;

    3. Only when the marking process is stopped can the emergency stop switch be turned on again or the marking head be moved.

    2.1.5 Battery replacement and battery charging

    The 800 Series II generation handheld laser marking machine uses an easily removable battery to facilitate user replacement of the battery life. Since the battery needs to be taken out during charging, unnecessary risks caused by users using the machine during charging are avoided. Specific steps are as follows:

    1. Open the battery compartment door switch;

    2. Remove the battery;

    3. Use the battery adapter to charge the battery or replace the battery.

    2.1.6 Reset shutdown operation

    The battery version of the 800 series handheld laser marking machine provides a reset switch (power button), which can completely stop the battery from providing power to avoid excessive battery discharge and affecting battery life. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the buzzer sounds and the power button light turns off.
